Why is tracking information not available for my package on the carrier's website?
Sometimes the shipping carrier's first scan of the package isn't until it arrives at the regional hub or is out for delivery. Until this scan occurs, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package. This is more common during high volume shipping periods like the holidays.

- How does FREE ground shipping work?
Excludes gift center purchases. Ground orders placed by 12pm Pacific Standard Time will take 1-2 business days to process, assuming credit validation and availability of inventory.
